This pursuit did not begin with a business plan or a marketing strategy. It began generations ago through the work of the Yupanqui family and our commitment to understanding a remarkable plant capable of creating extraordinary culinary experiences.
For three generations, the Yupanqui family has cultivated peppercorns, observed their development, studied their character and continuously refined the standards by which we evaluate them. Over time, we came to realize that pepper is far more than a seasoning. It is an ingredient capable of transforming food, elevating experiences and expressing origin in ways that many people never imagine.
This belief became the foundation of what we call The Yupanqui Pursuit™.
